Sketches & Revisions
Clients will be notified of any updates regarding their project and will be able to follow the entire process from start to finish, providing feedback as needed.
Sketches or previews are not provided before receiving an initial payment.
Revisions won't be charged unless they exceed reasonable expectations, require a complete change of direction after significant progress, or involve a project name change during the process.
In such cases, an additional fee of $50 or more or more may apply.
If the project was paid in advance, this amount must be settled immediately. For split payments, the fee will be added to the second invoice.
Payment & Delivery
Payment can be made in full or split 50/50 (50% upfront to start the project and 50% before the final file delivery).
Once an agreement is reached, an invoice will typically be issued via PayPal to formalize the payment. For split payments, two separate invoices will be issued, one for each installment.
If preferred, payment can also be made with
Cryptocurrency (USDT, USDC, BTC or ETH).
Final files are delivered via email with a permanent Google Drive link in AI, PNG, PDF and SVG formats.
Additional formats can be requested at no extra cost.
The metallic/chrome version is not included and must be purchased separately from the main logo.
Deadlines (ETA)
Project turnaround times vary depending on the client and complexity, but the usual estimate is 1–3 weeks. Deadlines are flexible, so if the project is urgent and requires faster delivery, this can be discussed and an expedited timeline agreed upon.
Refund Policy & Cancellation
If the client decides to cancel the project after development has begun and ideas or proposals have already been submitted, a full refund will not be possible.
The refundable amount will depend on the progress made, with only a portion of the total payment being returned.
For upfront payments: Refunds will be calculated based on the work completed, or simply 50% of the full amount will be returned.
For 50/50 payments: The first installment is non-refundable once work has started, as it covers time and resources already invested.
The project may be cancelled under the following circumstances:
If the client decides to discontinue the development at any stage.
If the designer chooses to terminate the project.
If the client becomes unresponsive — i.e., fails to reply to emails or project update messages for an extended period (weeks or months).
In the case of client inactivity:
If the client resumes communication after a prolonged absence without providing a reasonable or justifiable explanation, the designer is not obligated to resume the project or issue a refund.
If the absence is communicated and agreed upon in advance, the project may proceed as planned.
Designer-initiated cancellations are extremely rare and usually occur only in cases where the project has undergone an excessive number of revisions — beyond what is reasonably expected — without meeting the client's expectations.
In any of the cancellation scenarios (whether initiated by the client or designer), the refund process will follow the terms outlined above.
If the client has made an advance payment, the project has been fully completed, and the client later chooses to abandon the project for any reason, no refund will be issued.
Intellectual Property
The client receives automatically the right to use the logo the way of his choice once the payment for the project is fully completed.
In order to show and expose his work, the artist reserves himself the right to showcase the logo and its variants
in his website, and publications such as books, magazines and social media accounts.
The client can purchase the entire exclusive rights,
preventing from the artist to showcase the logo whatsoever for an additional fee starting at $500.
If confidentiality is required for a specific period, this must be communicated in advance and an NDA provided if necessary.
Trademark
Due to the lengthy and often costly nature of Trademark, Copyright, and legal name searches, assistance with these processes cannot be provided.
If the client intends to register the logo as a trademark, a legal professional should be consulted independently.
By hiring my services, you agree to the terms described above. I am available to answer any questions and advance the planning of your project.
